Same truck, same light, same angle — the only difference is 3mm of polyurethane. Pull the handle across, then step through the jobs.

2022 Hilux SR5 dual cab
Satin charcoal over factory paint, panel gaps sealed, tub sprayed through to the tailgate seal.
Why polyurethane
Typical film build
Roughly six times a factory paint system.
Elongation before tear
It stretches with the panel instead of cracking.
Workmanship warranty
Against lifting, cracking and delamination.
A drop-in liner traps grit and water against bare steel and quietly rusts the tub from underneath. A sprayed liner has nowhere for either to sit — which is the whole argument.
What they say
Owner-operators, trades and fleets across the state. Hover a row to hold it still.
“Tub's been through two seasons of gravel and firewood and still looks like the day we picked it up. No rattle out of it either.”
“We run eleven utes on the coast. Salt used to eat the rear arches inside three years — coated the lot and we've had nothing back since.”
“Booked it in Monday, had it back Monday arvo. That mattered more to me than anything else — the ute doesn't earn sitting in a shop.”
“They masked it properly. I've seen liner jobs with overspray up the tail-lights; this one's got a hard edge everywhere you look.”
“Dropped a pallet jack corner-first into the tray. Left a mark, didn't break the film. That's the whole reason we paid for it.”
“Quoted off photos, price didn't move when it landed. Straight answers about what needed doing and what didn't.”
